AG says access to juvenile court records limited

Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen says lawyers representing the public's interest in certain cases involving children may not have access to restricted information about juveniles. Van Hollen says in the formal opinion released Wednesday that attorneys can't access the information in the online court database because technical limitations could result in them accessing private case
